Service Agreement
By requesting service from Midwest Appliance Repair & Service, you agree to provide a written or verbal quote approval before repair work begins. A $75 service call fee applies to each diagnostic visit and is waived in full when you approve the recommended repair.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Midwest Appliance Repair & Service are covered by a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty from the date of service, covering the specific issue diagnosed and repaired. This warranty does not cover unrelated failures or pre-existing conditions not part of the original repair.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates. We'll notify you as promptly as possible of any delays. Please provide as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.
